Her professional journey includes extensive experience with a Practicing Company Secretary firm, a leading NBFC, listed companies, power transmission and renewable energy sector, and collaboration with Chartered Accountant firms, providing corporate, legal, secretarial, and regulatory consultancy to startups, private companies, LLPs, listed entities, and growing businesses. She has developed expertise in corporate advisory, secretarial compliance, Board and Committee matters, due diligence, fundraising transactions, legal documentation, business structuring, and regulatory advisory.
A distinguished academic performer, CS Mittal Panchal secured All India Rank 24 and 5th Rank in Ahmedabad in CS Examination.
